| 1418103 | 2016-03-25 01:12:00 | I didnt say to uninstall anything. If ccleaner was installed it has an uninstall option. Boot into safe mode / networking then download/install it (www.piriform.com). Then do the above Do a custom install so you dont install the junk |

Then there maybe something in startup / installed thats making it freeze I didnt say anything about WU in safe mode. But get ccleaner and install it then do the above / so we can see whats installed and whats in startup |
