He also suggested that their means of finance should be cut off by preventing them from buying oil from Turkey and on-selling it, which is their main source of income which supports them in getting arms and munitions. I was quite amazed to hear that, but that is what he learned fighting Taleban and Al Quaeda in those countries. LL |

Quite simple, cut off their supplies. Realize that Turkey is not an Allies, that they are allowing supplies to go through, and profiting from oil sales. This will not stop the cells that are already outside Syria & Iraq. They are very difficult to locate and masquerade as normal residents until activated. USA created ISIS by removing Saddam Hussein. All because the Bush family wanted cheaper oil. Bombing Syria will not serve any purpose apart from converting locals to ISIS. If you are going to be treated as a terrorist you may as well be one. |
