| 1412101 | 2015-11-28 23:55:00 | Had almost identical the other day, mine was caused by a faulty KB. Has happened to quite a few people. See if you can do this-- Right click the start button / Control Panel / programs and features, on the left "View installed updates" Scroll down, look for KB3120677 and KB3118754 , select it, and uninstall. Restart PC if not prompted. See if the start menu/Cortona now works. Cant remember which one was the cause but it was one of them. When it reinstalled it was fine. 6848 If it doesn't fix it ( or makes it worse) then theres something else wrong. |
