| 579752 | 2007-08-11 23:45:00 | Hi All, I am writing in a word Document. At the bottom of each page, in the centre, is the page number. On either side of that No, I want to put text. The same text on every page. For instance, XXXXX XXXXXX 1 YY YYYYYYY. How do I do that. Please. I think it has to do with Auto text or suchlike. Thanks. PJ |

| 579753 | 2007-08-11 23:56:00 | Hi PJ I use 2003. It works as follows: Click on View > Header and Footer. When the Header opens, so too does a short Header and Footer Toolbar. Click on the 4th icon from the right on the H and F toolbar, called "Switch between H and F". The Footer will open. Type what you want. To close the Footer and return to the main doc, either click View > Header and Footer again or simply double click the main document just outside the Footer. |
