| 579811 | 2007-08-12 05:06:00 | I'm running Windows XPSP2, Norton 360, IE7 & all current updates & patches. I used to be able to right click highlighted files & photos, then from the resulting drop-down menu left click on 'send to', then onto 'email recipient'. This would automatically open Outlook Express with that file attached. Photos sent this way were also automatically downsized to about 1kB or less. Whilst I can still go thru these motions, I' no longer get any response from the last, to produce the auto link with attachment to email. I can still highlight files & right click to "open with" selected programs. Could the Firewall be getting in the way, or is something corrupted? :help: dentate |

| 579813 | 2007-08-14 04:56:00 | Brilliant Speedy! Total & immediate success! Somehow (aliens?) the default had reset such that O.E. was not the default email. I had previously trawled the Microsoft support site, but perhaps was not using the right key words. Very many thanks |
