Not surprised at Kennie, but the fix LOL. Thanks Kennie for locating that. Techies - put this one in the "it may come in handy notes one day" pile:thumbs: Fix: Go to C:\users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Prot ect. Delete the Protect folder and it will eventually regenerate itself, all is well with Outlook now. All passwords are remembered. Mind you its still A Dell :badpc: :badpc: LOL Dells' suggestion was Reformat/install |

But I will add it to the end of the previous thread any way. AND look at the title of this thread - Kind of said it all anyway. As pointed out in threads over the last few days, there should be some way of marking threads as answered. There you go just added to original thread.! Boy some people are never happy no matter what anyone does. |
