I've been playing a bit lately with using Thunderbird as an RSS Feed Reader instead of the Live Bookmarks in Firefox. Generally, I think it's great -- read articles in my email program, and keep the ones I want -- except for the fact that some articles are downloaded twice (three times, four times ...) This gets really annoying with sites that have a large number of articles daily -- I sort through them, delete the ones I don't want, only to have them downloaded again!
Is this a problem with Thunderbird? Or a problem with the site offering the feed? Anyone have a fix? |
