| 583597 | 2007-08-22 00:09:00 | Has anyone ever had any experience with this actually working? I've been trawling google for a bit and mostly found people saying that it sometimes works internally but forget about it for external emails. Just had a user tried a recall on an important doc that went out to external companies here in NZ as well as overseas - as it was outside their working hours he thought it might work well as they wouldn't have read it. But from what I'm reading it doesn't look hopefull...and he hasn't received confirmed of success or failure from any outside people. Any insights on how this has/hasn't worked for you would be wonderful. Cheers Susan (user is running outlook 2002 but we also run 2003 and 2007 here). |
