| 583505 | 2007-08-21 11:11:00 | Running Vista Home premium. Due to loading some software that turned out to be not compatible with Vista yet, I find there are now a lot of shortcuts left behind. It looks like I removed the program without using the uninstall feature, it took out the program but left the shortcuts. For whatever reason I cannot remove them. Any suggestions re a registry cleaner that works with Vista? |

I find CCleaner works well www.ccleaner.com (http://www.ccleaner.com) It's also safe as you can make a backup of the reg before cleaning each time. it also cleans up your usage tracks etc.. have a read on the site :thumbs: |

| 583509 | 2007-08-21 12:42:00 | You can customise the clean process to exclude cookie removal. | Greg (193) | ||
| 583510 | 2007-08-21 19:14:00 | You can customise the clean process to exclude cookie removal. Or customise it to leave the cookies that you want - e.g. PressF1 Ken |
