Now he is a very methodical and process minded person, he likes to have things organised before jumping straight in. Basically what I'm after is a web hosting, design and maintenance agreement. The document details the terms of... 1) hosting his businesses website, incl cost/month for hosting. 2) charges related to the design and maintenance of the website. 3) anything else either party deems necessary. I cannot seem to find one which is relevant to NZ, can anyone help me out. Cheers |
