583844 2007-08-22 13:38:00 Friend was away when bubble went up. Came back and found all the Yahoo stuff insted of webmail. Helped him through the extra logging in business.

We now know what the new exciting upgrade means:

Acres of extra advertising and those oh-so-easy-to-miss check boxes saying "Yes Please! tell every advertiser in the world to send me details of their products".

If it weren't for Go Large still active for my account I'd ditch Jellycom in seconds...

tried reading Yahoo's policy on privacy? You ain't got none!
Signed,

583846 2007-08-22 21:47:00 Use Pop3 instead. I haven't signed anything with Yahoo!Xtra to do with my mail and it works fine. Well by fine I mean it sends/receives, I just have a problem with my email being located in Australia instead of NZ :( trinsic (6945)

Drat, I'm going in :badpc:

EDIT: Ok nothing went wrong :p I was given a new smtp address which I didn't use as the old one still works and I turned the spam filter off. Nothing in there at the moment.

Apon first logging in it went straight to the Yahoo portal (boo), then once into email I am presented with this: imagehost.cjb.net (again boo). Isn't anyone worried that Yahoo have everyones details :\
