| 584010 | 2007-08-23 13:31:00 | Some isp's don't like mail sent from other providers. ( so i hear of cases in the states, not sure about here). does the webmail on these accounts work? Are the accounts not working the yahoo accounts, if so check there doco on website for correct settings. |

| 584012 | 2007-08-24 08:20:00 | Can the 2 machines ping or telnet (try something like telnet smtp.yourISP.co.nz 25) to the SMTP server? If that gets you somewhere - you should get a response like 220 smtp5.clear.net.nz -- Server ESMTP (CLEAR Net) (type quit to exit) then you could try turning on the logging function of Outlook (haven't got it installed anymore here - can't remember exactly how to do it, but there's an Advanced setting lurking there somewhere...). That might give you an idea of where things are going wrong. I've had problems with Outlook where it suddenly decides it can't talk to the SMTP server even though I can manually initiate a session just fine. Mind you, that's normally fixed with an Outlook restart... |
