I have just discovered that xtra's spam filter has gone over the top and is now redirecting genuine e-mails to the spam folder. If you don't go into webmail to take a look you'd never know.
I tried sending an e-mail to a friend who has an alias on their xtra e-mail. I put their main e-mail address in the To: field and their alias in the Cc: field and one copy ended up in his inbox and one on his spam folder. I have disabled spam detection until they get things sorted. |
