Which are the best online shops. Heaps on Pricespy where have you found best and dare I say it cheapest. Are the idiot proof to install?

585307 2007-08-27 23:42:00 It doesn't really matter too much where you get it from - more on the actual router/modem you get.
Also - you get for what you pay for. Buy a cheap router, and it won't last as long as a more expensive one.
As for installing them - they usually come with fairly self-explanatory installation guides. If you have any trouble installing it, check the manufacturers website then post here.
You will want to have WPA2 encryption on your router to stop other people using up all your bandwidth!

I'd recommend this (www.nzoczone.com) modem/router for your needs.

Also the Dynalink interface IMO is well designed, and one of the easiest to configure.

Dynalink, Netgear, Belkin, 3Com or Cnet modem/routers seem to be some of the better brands.
