| 584483 | 2007-08-26 05:08:00 | According to Telecom's own literature the roll-out stages are as follows: 1. Installation of new equipment in the exchanges. 2. Migration of old DSLAM into ISAM. 3. Activation of new ADSL2+ multi-profile on ISAM 4. Installation of ADSL2+ DSLAM's into cabinets. The way it reads is that stage 4 won't be happening yet.
