586633 2007-08-31 15:40:00 Hi Everybody,
Is there a (simple) way of discovering, what, if any, ports may be being block by ones ISP ?
Reason. On WinMX, I can see what's available, but I can never get a choice to download. As firewall (Comodo) is configured to accept & am not using a router (have cable) I figure it's port blocking!
Any help resolving this issue gladly accepted.
Regards.

586636 2007-09-01 06:24:00 Dunk WinMX is last years technology. Check limewire.com

I use Limewire as well. BUT, WinMX, on average, has stuff at a higher bitrate (192K/bits), instead of Limewires average of 128. Sounds better, less junk files, less malware. So, the technology isn't that bad eh! ...When it works. Right now ...It doesn't !! :help:
