| 586771 | 2007-09-02 22:46:00 | You can also try running system file checker . click start /run type in "sfc /scannow" ( without the " ") it may ask for the XP CD to replace files that may be damaged . thanks for the help . mum tried this method and nothing wrong came up . :badpc: but also she find out that when she double click on "my computer" the drive show up as DVD drive, but as soon as she put a dvd in it changes to cd drive . . . . . . :mad: :badpc: !! :confused: cheers!:thumbs: |
