1412906 2015-12-19 02:50:00 Next time I'm in the Mall I'll check out the returns policy.

FTA (Fair Trade Act) and Sales of Goods Act should cover returned goods

1412907 2015-12-19 02:51:00 . There was also a stand selling the feelmybamboopillow ones - just them + associated products like pillowcases and mattress toppers. Just all seemed a bit more genuine. I think I'm probably going to go with them.

That is the ones we have and like.

Wainuitech's comment above "Its the old story, a person can read as much as they want, but unless they actually try it themselves they honestly wouldn't know." is very very true.

lurking.Of course it does, but that doesn't enforce a "money back if you don't like it" policy.

However this thread has encouraged me to give it a go and alerted me to a few gotchas. It has actually extended far longer than I expected it to. Tony (4941)

Is it all bamboo product?.

FTA:

If you're told things by a retailer that give you a false impression about goods you're buying, then you have been misled or deceived. For example, if you discover that bags advertised as leather are actually vinyl, or if you buy faulty goods and the shopkeeper incorrectly tells you that you're not legally entitled to a refund, replacement or repair.

What's their latest plug: buy 1 get 3 free. Must ask the lady over the road what she thinks of them, she only got 2, 1 of which was free.

1412911 2015-12-19 04:55:00 buy 1 get 3 free Thats a normal way some places advertise . A while back they changed it, "for a limited time Buy 1 get 4 free" .

If it all goes bad you may have to wait until I've finished with the chiropractor. :) :)

1412913 2016-02-08 22:04:00 Reporting back as promised...
I bought a Bambillopillow and after a few weeks use I can say it is good, but not as life-changing as some reported here. I did have the benefit before of quite good pillows so maybe that is why the improvement doesn't seem as great.
I'd recommend them to people who really aren't happy with their current pillow.

1412914 2016-02-08 22:32:00 MY pillow cases are to small, so that's another cost, I mean where will it end. Cicero (40)
1412915 2016-02-08 22:52:00 How about memory Foam mattress toppers? I bought one and so far have not been able to use it. The Chemical smell is overpowering so it's airing out in the spare room and I didn't like the trapped feeling when I try to move. Did feel amazing when initially laying down though. I have a Latex mattress on a wooden slat base and was just looking for a bit more softness, thinking a Latex topper might have been smarter. dugimodo (138)
