2015-12-27 01:05:00 | Think I may uninstall those dragon apps. Dont think they'll affect anything. Strange that none of them are in the Playstore either. And theyre not on the main screen. But they show up in apps under settings

2015-12-28 21:21:00 | A bit late probably, but I have been busy with Christmas hangers on! I fired up my old Nexus 7 to check it is running Lollipop - it is, v5.1.1. It is also running ES File explorer v4.0.3.4. I have no memory of problems updating on Lollipop or Marshmallow (Nexus 9). If you go to Playstore/ES File Explorer, then under Whats New press Read more, and you will see a FAQ related to problems updating. Different error code though. It was a Google Play issue.

2015-12-28 21:43:00 | Nope same error. I see the error -24, but I'm getting a -505 error. I've posted on the author's FB page. I'll see what they say | Speedy Gonzales (78) | |
2015-12-28 23:06:00 | OK, sorry. Not knowing what a -24 error is, I thought it might be useful. The fact that you cannot uninstall is frustrating cos it prevents you trying the uninstall/reinstall route. On the Nexus, Android comes with File Manager, and ES File explorer is an after market choice. | John H (8) | |
2015-12-28 23:10:00 | No probs John. Dont really need a file manager anyway. But besides that, it works fine ! Just have to wait for the case/keyboard. Actually got 2 of them (the 1st is something to put it but doesn't inc the keyboard), but both come with a stylus. So, I'll use one of them for the Lumia. The keypad bit on this, is way to small for my fingers, I press the wrong keys !

2015-12-30 19:07:00 | (snip) I just got a new update for ESFile wotsit on my Nexus 9/Marshmallow. I haven't checked to see if it is available for Lollipop - might be worth a go? I installed the update this morning on the Nexus 7/Lollipop. No worries in the installation, and it worked as normal.

2015-12-30 19:17:00 | And they didn't really know what these 3 apps were Dragonfire/Phone/Aging. All they could tell me, was they're too stop it from sleeping. Well, most of the apps say that They had no icon, all 3 were under settings. So I uninstalled them. All 3 sounded a bit dodgy to me, because all 3 could dial a phone, and read contacts. Which sounded strange to me. Since the tablet doesn't have a sim card and it doesn't have contacts on it
