| 587194 | 2007-09-03 00:12:00 | For some reason my Outlook 07 doesn't seem to be using the NormalEmail.dotm template anymore. I have Outlook open but the little ~$NormalEmail.dotm isn't showing up and my autotexts don't work anymore (when I open NormalEmail.dotm in Word all the autotexts work fine). It used to work...but something's obviously happened. Trouble is, I don't know what. Any way I can tell Outlook to use NormalEmail.dotm again? By the way, my Normal.dotm and NormalEmail.dotm are not in the default MS location but by setting the File Locations in Word this has never been a problem before. Cheers S |

| 587195 | 2007-09-03 00:34:00 | OK, you can ignore that folks, I just deleted and re-copied over another template and it's back up and running. This autotext in Outlook 2007 is driving me slightly batty though - am I the only one? |
