588537 2007-09-06 08:59:00 Hello members
A couple or three years ago I had a little program I was using to send messages to the other members of the home network. It was installed on all PC's and everyone could send little notes accross.
Would anyone be able to help me on this?

Thanks

I Don’t think that works with XP / Vista, only Win ME & early versions of windows.

Thanks, that's what I meant. A little free, simple program.
I will try NetSend and see how I get on.

Net Send works perfectly with Vista, even though it doesn't show it in the OS's Supported.

If you wanted a messenger that you can "Chat " with then you can use their
Lan Messenger (www.winpopup-lan-messenger.com) Works almost the same as MSN Messenger, but over a LAN only, but of course its not free.

I use Netsend all the time, the standard Message I get while in the workshop is from Her who must be obeyed - "Get ya Butt Inside , Dinners Ready"
