| 588151 | 2007-09-05 05:24:00 | Hello People. I'm buying a laptop off Dell in a few days and I was wondering... How the **** do you get it sent to you if you don't live in Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch or Rotorua? I live in New Plymouth and there is no New Plymouth selection. thanks |

| 588156 | 2007-09-05 12:04:00 | I bought a Dell about 16 months ago it worked right out of the box and runs as sweet as a Ford. Thats hardly trolling. tedheath |

I have monitors shipped all over the place from them, and it's never a problem. Just select the closest of the four options - Wellington in your case for the lower north island (well, more like half way but it doesn't matter). |

| 588158 | 2007-09-05 14:51:00 | The main problem I've had with Dell (when helping out customers who insist on buying a dell!) is that the delivery times can vary wildly. Most of the time it takes around 2 weeks but have had customers who have waited up to a month for their dell stuff to arrive! When I want to buy a computer (well not really computers as I would build it myself) or notebook I like to see it first and know I can take it home then and there. |
