| 589783 | 2007-09-10 05:32:00 | Is there anything out there which can monitor my ADSL line for outages? If I sense there are regular 'micro' dropouts/outages - how can I gather the details/logs and send them to my ISP to make them believe me? I'm interested in the breaks.outages not speed/bandwith (for the moment) |
