I have bought a webcam and am trying to go online with windows live mess. and hotmail. I have a hotmail address and password that I used to use on another comp.When I try and connect it says unable to connect. I have clicked on the trouble shooter and all is ok until it gets down to"key ports" and says a firewall may be blocking access. I have zonealarm and have "allowed" all win live mess. that I can see. Yesterday it said I had to alter my key ports??? I have no trouble going online for any site except this hotmail. Could someone help in simple steps please. |

You've got the latest version of live messenger? Have you tried completley disabling ZA and seeing if it works then? It's possible ZA isn't co-operating properly. |

I decided to create a new hotmail address and password. Everything went through with no problems whatsoever. Very strange!!! |
