589292 2007-09-08 20:31:00 Its only worth what someone will pay for it..
To get an idea, have a look at the used PC's on Trademe.
You have not listed a monitor so I assume its box-only - circa $50-$100

589294 2007-09-08 21:04:00 What about a licensed copy of Windows? CYaBro (73)
589295 2007-09-08 21:54:00 Would be worth no more than a box of piss. I have seen similar on side of kerb for inorganic collection in North Shore.

589296 2007-09-09 02:07:00 Ignore Teds spiteful comments.

Someone who just wants an email box or similar might pay up $100.
Assuming it included a hard drive as well and an O/S.

589297 2007-09-09 12:40:00 My estimate is that it would go for roughly $75 on Trademe, but it's hard to say without knowing which version (if any) of Windows it is licensed for. george12 (7)
589298 2007-09-09 16:10:00 There is no hard drive with it, it was ruined by a flood.
Also is the BIOS my motherboard? or no?
Thanks for your comments.

589299 2007-09-09 17:06:00 no the bios isn't your motherboard..........it's a control set of instructions loaded into a physical chip ON the motherboard and able to be modified. drcspy (146)

Does the pc still work? I mean does it still turn on and you dont hear any weird noises? I doubt that anyone would buy it if its been through a flood like you said.
