| 589256 | 2007-09-08 09:58:00 | Does anyone know if the New Zealand version of the Playstation 3 has the 'emotion engine' chip included with it, thus making PS2 backward compatibility via hardware rather than software. I have read on some internet sits that Sony is removing the chip to save money and thus relying on software to emulate. Don't really want to open it up to check lol | shomenno (7767) | ||

| 589263 | 2007-09-09 08:06:00 | Haha? Boring. All these games, cept CoD4 (which owns) and GTAIV (which will own, Europhoria engine ftw), are completely new and innovative. Halo 3, been there done that. I played the beta, did you? Bioshock, hahahahahahaha. Nice water effects, but that's all. |

Besides all other factors BlueRay will hold more data thus lending to more indepth games content wise. But at the mo it is still catch up! I'll admit that i wasn't a fan of bioshock, but it's story line is very well developed and provides an enjoyable experience. And your "been there done that" mentality is exactly what makes the series excel. Gamers can now trust the Halo series to provide a wicked story line, awesome weaponry and a detailed environment. To be honest, you don't sound like much of a gamer, just someone who expects to be blown off their feet with each and every game that gets released. It's people like YOU who overhype games. |
