| 590997 | 2007-09-16 09:17:00 | One possible fix - but i doubt it is to go into the device manager, - right click on "My Computer"/properties/ hardware tab - device manager, locate the DVD drive, right click it - uninstall, and reboot. This will uninstall the drive and it should pick it back up when you reboot. Just on the off chance its not picking up the drive correctly. But I doubt this will fix your problem. |
