One interesting thing I noticed when this started going wrong yesterday morning was that when its starts to check this particular email addy .. its says above the download line *securing* and then immediately fails, instead of connecting, authorising etc. Now Ive checked all the security stuff .. which I keep to a minimum .. nutting! |

| 590611 | 2007-09-13 07:14:00 | I don't think its the ISP Connections directly , if 4 of the 5 work, then its something to do with the account in question. Look in the settings and make sure the SSL is not ticked anyware. It looks like Its looking for a secure Protocol thats not there. Who ever does the web site,if thats what you are connecting to hasn't changed the security have they ? Look in the settings and under the Servers tab, check to see if "My Server Requires Authentication" is ticked or unticked, what ever it is reverse it. See if that helps. |
