| 590576 | 2007-09-12 10:31:00 | Thanks Folks, I'll ring the NZ number after work tomorrow. The overseas one lost me straight away asking for the 1st set of 6 digits. My code only has sets of 5. EH! - there should be a total of 42 digits 7 lots of 6 ( all numbers) that you punch in the phone. If you cant get the right amount of digits, when you select "Telephone Support, select " Change Product Key" then enter in your current key 25 digits / product code, then when entered it will reallocate the numbers - click "remind me later" and then see if it needs reactivation, sounds like something strange has happened to the key installed. |
