| 591948 | 2007-09-17 09:20:00 | Which is the easiest way of recording video tape/camcoder onto DVD? DVD Recorder or thru video capture card and burn onto DVD? My feeling is the DVD recorder but I would like some feedback/suggestion/advice. Many thanks |

If you've got the VCR, you could buy a capture card or tuner, and hopefully a program comes with it. Then connect the VCR to the card / record thru the program, then burn to DVD. Or if the camcorder has firewire, (and the tapes you want to burn to DVD, can be used on it), use that, then burn to DVD. All you would need is a firewire card. |
