591905 2007-09-17 04:29:00 The Canon LBP3300 laser printer I bought earlier this year has done a huge amount of printing for me, and has started to run out of toner.

Does anyone have any recommendations where I should buy replacement toner from?

Ascent etc. sell it, however I'm interested to see if anyone has had any particular experience with other companies.

591906 2007-09-17 04:46:00 Ascent is good, but cheaper places would be fine also

Cartridge world might get you a cheap 'refill'

591908 2007-09-17 05:59:00 Nothing wrong with refills! I've use refills and generic cartridges for a long time with no problems.

Toner cartridges are rebuilt, rather than refilled anyway

591909 2007-09-17 07:38:00 You could try ComputerFood at here (https://www.consumables.co.nz) depending on the particular printer their prices seem to be reasonable.

They have originals and clones

591912 2007-09-17 08:20:00 I just ordered a toner from ComputerFood. Their price for genuine carts were $20 cheaper than Ascent (inc. Freight), and compatible toner was about half that price. somebody (208)
591913 2007-09-17 12:17:00 Dealt with Computer Food Ltd for last 8 refills,( black & colour), quick efficient service. (Epson c20ux printer.) No problems with the ink quality, like some of the others have had. BobM (1138)
