| 592094 | 2007-09-19 03:52:00 | I haven't done a back up as yet. Leopard is actually coming out with "Time Machine" for just that purpose. You can do backups on the Mac, it is a fairly standard Unix feature I think. There is 3rd party back up software for the Mac, you might want to check with Plod or Safari. If you look after your gear 2-3 years is not a long time. My current PC is a 2nd hand IBM T22 ThinkPad from about 2001 and is still in top order! |
