593421 2007-09-21 06:52:00 Hi guys,

We use blue tooth headsets for our radio and telephone systems at work (Cisco IP phone and Cisco PMC radio). The problem is that we need to do operator training but cannot get 2 operators (ie the trainer and trainee) on the same audio connection.

I have tried to match multiple blue tooth headsets to 1 base unit but it doesn't seem to be working at all. Each time I pair up a different headset the previously paired unit loses connectivity with the base unit concerned.

The models for the headsets are;

1) Plantronics CS60 (www.atlasgentech.co.nz)blue tooth headset

2) GN Netcomm GN9330 (www.datacommsplus.co.nz)blue tooth headset

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

593423 2007-09-22 04:48:00 Why not conference the trainer and trainee?

You could setup a private conference with two extensions and maybe even auto-conference the extensions?

Would be simpler then the multi blue tooth pairing as blue tooth is a peer to peer system by design.

593424 2007-09-22 06:42:00 Thanks for that... I thought as much with the BT connection, 1 device per channel on the base unit.

Will investigate the conference call tip as well.

Cheers
