| 595794 | 2007-09-27 19:49:00 | Have 2 linux OS's and one goes in to text mode part way thru the boot up and runs a wee while then halts with the message "File system check failed press cntrl D to continue".If I do the os loads ok.I have a couple of other problems and I suspect a bios problem but do not know where to check. | kjaada (253) | ||

| 595797 | 2007-09-28 19:23:00 | Has it been doing this from the start, or did it happen after a system lockup? What was the messages just prior to the file system check failed and what partitions were involved? | Jen (38) | ||
| 595798 | 2007-09-28 19:29:00 | Hi Jen,I have just sorted it.It was due to me having 1 of my disks set as master and another was set as secondary master. Cheers |
