You know when you run the maintenance and the first part (well in Win 98 se) is to delete the unnecessary files well why are they there in the first place? If they're unnecessary why keep them anyway ? Is this is a bug or a feature? TAI m |

When you use a browser, it uses a cache to speed things up etc. When you install files, some programs / games extract them to a folder before they install the program or game, and leave temp files. And they can fill a hdd up pretty fast, unless you delete them to get the space back Use something like ccleaner. Not sure if this supports 98 tho. I think it does. |
