596383 2007-09-30 05:07:00 AVG detected a threat called "JS/Downloader.Agent" in one of the Content.IE5 temporary internet files folders.
I moved it to the Virus Vault, and then it seemed there were two of these files as two were listed in there.
I tried to heal them, but it failed, so I just wiped them.

I have done a complete AVG scan and eveything seems to be clean, but what else can I do to make sure my PC is alright after this "threat"?

596384 2007-09-30 05:40:00 Use ccleaner and run it to clear the cache. Close browsers first. Speedy Gonzales (78)
596385 2007-09-30 06:42:00 Okay, I've done that. I also ran Spybot and Ad-Aware and they're both clean too. Is that all? Chris815 (10270)
596386 2007-09-30 06:49:00 Yup, I dont think that file is nasty, it just downloads to the IE folder (like its cache)

Clearing the cache should remove it.

596387 2007-09-30 07:40:00 Okay, that's good to hear! I'm wondering why it was labelled as a "threat" then... Chris815 (10270)
596388 2007-09-30 07:45:00 Because of its name and most AV programs, have it in their database.

I would say the JS means javascript.
