| 1419181 | 2016-04-15 04:23:00 | This not-so-old phone has developed some problems and I wish to rule out software issues. I need to un-root it and flash back the Samsung official firmware. Google guided me to HERE (visihow.com ware). Of course, first is to download the official firmware from here (www.sammobile.com) but I am confused as to which is the correct one to choose? In the top left box, there are : New Zealand (TNZ) New Zealand (NZC) New Zealand (Vodafone) (VNZ) Originally, this was a 2 Degrees phone. Which should be the correct one to select? Cheers |

This will hopefully give you the CSC and tell you which one you need. I think you need a better guide, the one you are following, not giving you key things possibly to ensure you get the phone back to an untampered state. Oh and if it doesn't work, NZC is generic and usually used for 2degrees Cheers, KK |
