1419149 2016-04-14 08:40:00 Today I had an argument with W10 Pro 64 bit. I wanted to install 'Irfanview' and was blocked 'security risk'! I then scanned the file with Defender & MalwareBytes - nothing found. I then turned off the security in accounts and tried again. It still blocked the file. Its got me beat, the file is on a thumb drive & has been installed several times. mzee (3324)
1419150 2016-04-14 08:54:00 Didn't get the install from Cnet did you ? that's loaded with "extra's" that Windows could be detecting.

Just got it from another site www.fosshub.com Second one down, X64

Picture says a thousand words -- No problems

1419151 2016-04-14 09:32:00 No - I never download from Cnet, had a bad experience with them before years ago. I will download a new file & see what happens. mzee (3324)
1419152 2016-04-14 09:48:00 This looks like your problem www.reddit.com

Try the 32 bit version as there may be a problem with the digital signature of the 64 bit version

It was 32 bit and didn't even try to install so didn't have a chance to make any settings. I downloaded a 64 bit version and had no problems with it.
Another subject as a point of interest, I set up Dos Box on W10 Pro 64 with a Dos version of Neopaint & it works perfectly. :)
