| 1413783 | 2016-01-02 23:56:00 | Just encoded 8 videos with Premiere Pro CS6. All of them turned out with video continuously showing a picture of "Media Offline" and no sound. That's after an hour of heavy lifting You would think if Adobe discovered the media were off line it would either wait or stop. But no - it encodes the error message! (The media were on-line but the drive took too long to wake up - a WD 'green') I have had other problems with Adobe and got no response from reporting so I won't bother doing it this time Another Adobe 'problem' is that they have deliberately hobbled Premiere Elements from fully using the computer's graphics card (CUDA). They want you to sign up to on-line, which is extortionate for amateurs |
