| 1414796 | 2016-01-20 07:12:00 | We got Lightbox for one year free because we are Xtra customers. Just tried to watch an old episode of Seinfeld, and got the message that I cannot watch because they cannot register more than one device ! Since we only watch on our desktop (very rarely) this is highly peculiar. Cannot see where to get help. If this is Lightbox then they can ..... *** !! Any suggestions please ? |

You will see a list of registered devices, delete one of them (can only do 1 a month) If that doesn't work ring or email them and they can reset your devices for you. Be aware every new browser even on the same PC counts as a new device and even browser updates do this so PC's tend to use up the devices faster. My PS3 and Nexus 7 have stayed registered from the start but I've had issues running out of devices when using the PC. It's frustrating and unnecessary, limiting the streams like netflix is a much nicer solution. |
