Why else do you think Apple is happy to sell iPods as MP3 players? It is because they play MP3 files. iTunes will import CDs and convert them to MP3 if you want. The default codec is aac |

A lot iPod users probably don't change or don't know that they can change the import codec preferences to MP3 rather than AAC. AAC is the better choice of the two. | winmacguy (3367) | ||
