Adept installer window comes up under search, type in firefox. Firefox web browser entry comes up tick it, then apply on the bottom. It installs. I'm using FF in Kubuntu at the mo to send this. |

| 597477 | 2007-10-03 06:33:00 | Konqueror is a browser thats why. Go to system settings / network connections. It'll show you the dsl entry, under network interfaces. It was easier for Kubuntu to detect the adsl and a LAN, than trying to configure a printer or the modem! So, WHAT came up when you typed firefox in Adept installer?? Didnt it come up? That would have be easier coz once you tick the entry and apply it installs it automatically. |
