598474 2007-10-06 00:53:00 Hi, these little javascript video pop ups on demand, does one record it?
I missed a tv show and I don't have a capture card either.

Thanks.

598475 2007-10-06 07:15:00 Maybe check out video help com/capture. (www.videohelp.com). There's plenty of programs to help. I have used this site and it has all things video... kahawai chaser (3545)
598476 2007-10-06 08:01:00 Are you talking about TVNZOnDemand? If so you can use a program called URLSnooper to identify a direct link to the .flv video file, and download and save it using your favourite download manager. somebody (208)

You usually don't even need that, sometimes you can just view the source of the page & pick out the link to the .flv file.

598479 2007-10-12 20:47:00 Thanks guys.
Here is my situation. Its a cooking recipe video clip of like 1-2mins.
There is no view source under IE when I view it, there is no link. If I searcdh for flv it finds nothing.
I tried Urlsnooper but it doesn't work.

I streamed it in IE and it pops up on my Temporary Internet Folder as a .dat file if I play it there it works, if I copy it to a diff folder, it no longer works.

So .. what is a way now?
Is it possible to stream it offline (as online its choppy) on my BB connection. I can stream it online choppy, go offline and play the cache file. While its playing I can use a utility to record it. What s/w does it? The file opens up in Media Player but when I choose copy to a device .. it says "cannot copy".

So is there a utility that records video/sound on whatever shows up on my screen at any given time?

Thanks.

598483 2007-10-12 21:27:00 Its Gordon's F Word series in video format. The site was changed, before it showed NZ was in the 2nd series, while UK was already in its 3rd series. I like it, some v quick ways of cooking...
