| 598136 | 2007-10-05 04:11:00 | I have a Harrier phone and went through all the instructions from Microsoft for how to update these kind of phones, installed the latest active sync which is just as bad as the other version, they all seem to stop responding at times. also run a patch that had been downloaded, changed the time manually to another time zone then changed it back. Thought it had worked after that but then it changed back. This is really frustrating as it syncs with my Outlook and the times are all wrong. There must be other people out there with similar problems. Would love to hear about them. Vicki |

| 598137 | 2007-10-06 05:00:00 | Vicki, try disconnecting from the network (i.e. turn it off) and then turn it on again. Worked for my Telecom smartphone. I assume the PC you sync with is showing the correct time?? |

| 598138 | 2007-10-06 05:52:00 | Hi there, have had an answer from the guys over at Geekzone forums. There is an unofficial patch available for other handeld phones which works on these Harrier phones so sorted just now. Thanks for your reply. Cheers |
