598235 2007-10-05 10:42:00 I was wondering if any of you guys know a video editing program - free or not - that will allow me to trim video clips so I can put them on YouTube. There's some stuff I wanna share but it's longer than YT's limit of 10 min per clip.
Thank You

598236 2007-10-05 10:45:00 Not Free- Ulead Video Studio, best I've ever used but there will be plenty of free alternatives just as good that will be suggested. Just wait. beeswax34 (63)
598237 2007-10-05 11:12:00 VirtualDub.
Free, simple, fast, lots of features.

Cons
Simple interface, lots of features but hidden, saves as AVI output, must have the codec before it can decode/encode files.

It's what I used to trim/convert/compress stuff for youtube (youtube.com)

I would endorse the use of VirtualDub. It is a great program. I use it a lot for rough trimming/resizing of clips before editing in Ulead VS.
