I was just wondering are there any ways to keep the settings in the Adobe Flash Player Setting manager permanently set. As in once I restart my computer or clear my temp files (with CCleaner) the settings would not be erased.

I have some offline files (html with flash) that I need to access but every time when I try to view those files, I'm forced to go online (via Adobe Security Setting Manager (www.macromedia.com)) . to permit my offline file to access the internet. I mean this just contradict the reason why I have the files in offline mode in the first place :groan:

Personally I find this security/method in general very annoying, why in the world would you want to have your local computer/software setting changed only via the internet... :badpc: . Just like those uninstallers that would not uninstall unless it has access to the internet. This concept just annoys the hell out of me, not all computers in the world is hooked up to the net 24/7!

Sorry for my ranting, it just those files are very important for my study and cannot believe adobe would allow such concept to be used in such a widely used program!!!
