| 600851 | 2007-10-12 03:07:00 | I have a Lenovo Laptop thats been playing up, at first it came up with a a BSOD saying IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, then after trying to boot into Ubuntu live cd it came up with crc error. Now the screens not showing anything. Can someone please help? It has school notes and assignments on it and exams are soon! |

Looks like your Ram has gone for good. if you got no warranty and nothing to lose, and you know what you're doing you could take the sticks out, swap them around (if more than two) see if you can get at least one working. |

Yes thats correct, screen not showing anything (backlight not even turning on) Still under warranty so I'll get it replaced, will try swapping the ram so I can back my things up. Thanks for the help |
