600640	2007-10-12 04:11:00	Live in Napier on hill. approx 3 km to exchange. Speed as per task bar. Normally 49.2 Kbps. 1980 house. 2nd jack point from road but 1st jackpoint not used. Wiring is OK, not in water etc. Will sort out Hijack and post it later	Advocar (1098)

Have since pinged PC world 4 blocks returned OK 156 m/s . Started up older PC 500 this one 1700 and old one connects at 115 . 5 Twice as fast as this one . Windows task Mgr shows 49 Kbps link speed 29 processes, CPU usage up to 10% as it type this .
