When this program is clicked on, it is changing the whole colour scheme for the worse on the monitor. When transferring photos from a digital camera to this program it omits the most recent ones. It is also difficult to close the program, sometimes requiring the computer to be shut down. Are video drivers required to correct this problem? |

Don't think its the video drivers playing up. It could be the program reacting to some updates or another recently installed/upgraded program. Has it always done this or is it more recent?
Try un-installing it and running CCleaner after than and re-installing it and see if it fixes it and check if HP have released any updates. |

Ok, then you should definitely see if an update to either your OS or any other program is causing the issue. I'd definitely try re-installing it and see if it fixes it or if any newer versions have come out and get that one. |
