| 601642 | 2007-10-15 03:41:00 | Hi All I have ZA internet suite and have had to reinstall it because i had to reload Windows XP now i cant use firefox or win internet explorer to download software etc from download .com. any ideas..zonealarm website is a dead loss. thanks Keith |

| 601644 | 2007-10-15 03:59:00 | duh wots a mobo...Zonealarm is the firewall i am using..just wondering if i need to adjust settings for forefox etc in program control of firewall. when i go tp download software i get " this page is blocked" if i disable ZA then i am able to download so it must be ZA eh? |

| 601645 | 2007-10-15 04:01:00 | If its Zonealarm, it would have poped up a box saying Firefox, IE , blah blah blah wants access to the internet, then either allow or deny. If you clicked Deny then yeah its zone alarm, if you didn't then its not. Edit: just read your answer to the post - open zone alarm, on the left locate "program control" on the tabs far right select Programs. See whats blocked, or look for firefox IE or what ever is not working. RIGHT click the entry and delete it - accept the question to remove. Reopen firefox, IE and this time select "ALLOW" and place a tick in the "check box bottom left " always remeber this action - or words to that effect. |
